After skimming over the Nings that were posted, I liked Teacherlingo and TeacherLibrarianNing.
I spent a good bit of time on TeacherLingo. I really liked how it was set up. The site has tabs: Home; Latest Blogs; Teacher; Lessons; and Message Board. 'Latest Blogs' shows the most recent blog entries. 'Teacher' allows a search for certain districts or teachers. 'Lessons' allows for a search for lesson plans for a specific age and subject. ' Message Board' is a chat room where teachers can discuss different issues.

This could be a good way to get new ideas from other professionals.
